The Tigi Creative hair color is a permanent hair color cream with 100% coverage, which can be used individually or mixed with all TIGI copyright©olour products. Create a custom formula to lighten, darken and/or change the shade of your natural hair up to four levels. Creative can be used to cover up to 100% of non-pigmented hair.
