Formulated based on high quality vegan natural pigments, without ammonia.
You can mix it with other Manic Panic dyes to get new and original tones.
This dye provides a perfect hair finish while nourishing and repairing it to highlight its natural shine.
Cruelty free and vegan.
NOTE: The resulting shade will depend on the base color of the hair. If you want to get a light, pastel, steel gray or violet shade it is essential to bleach the hair to a very light blond (base 9-10).
You can use the 30 volume lightening kit and follow the instructions.
