Rougj Étoile Eye Pencil 1,2g is an eye pencil with intense colours, essential to intensify the look and make it magnetic. The little blurring allows to spread the colour and create a perfect base for a smokey-eye or other type of makeup.

Directions:
Apply the pencil so as to redraw the eye area. Blend with the foam tip until the desired effect is obtained. Let dry. Recap well after use.
