Rougj Étoile Eye Pencil 1,2g – Colour: Green is an eye pencil with intense colours, essential to intensify the look and make it magnetic. The little blurring allows to spread the colour and create a perfect base for a smokey-eye or other type of makeup.

Directions:
Apply the pencil so as to redraw the eye area. Blend with the foam tip until the desired effect is obtained. Let dry. Recap well after use.
