Eschscholtzia promotes optimal relaxation, mental and physical well-being, and improves sleep quality.
Magnesium and vitamins B3 and B6 support normal nervous system function.

Directions for use
Take 1 to 2 capsules a day with your evening meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
