How to use: apply Lancaster Beauty Softening Perfecting Toner to cleansed skin with a cotton pad. Moisten the cotton pad with a few drops of the toner and apply it to your face. Start in the center of your face and gently sweep it outward with the cotton pad. Avoid the eye area and lips. Change the cotton pad until no traces remain on it. Rinsing is not necessary.
