How to take Metaboslim Health and Line 50+ Ineldea?
3 capsules per day in one socket, to be taken before the midday meal, with a glass of water
Recommendations:
Contains caffeine (45 mg per daily dose). Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those under 18. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach (green tea). Should not be consumed if you take other products containing green tea on the same day. Do not consume 800 mg or more than 3-Gallate of epigallocatechine (EGCG) per day.
