Application: If needed, first remove eye makeup with Dr. Spiller Eye Makeup Remover. Apply a walnut-sized amount of Cucumber Cleansing Milk to the face, neck and décolleté, emulsify with moist fingertips and then remove with lukewarm water. Then tone the skin with cotton pads soaked in Cucumber Tonic.
