1st effect:

Double Effect Caffeine Shampoo dissolves the encrusted horny cells in the first step and thoroughly frees the scalp from dandruff. The combination of the two effective anti-dandruff agents salicylic acid and octopirox is recommended from a dermatological point of view, because all dermatologically relevant aspects of cosmetic dandruff are taken into account:

• Salicylic acid has an antimicrobial effect, strengthens the resistance of the scalp and gently removes the top layer of dandruff
• Octopirox has an antimicrobial effect and prevents new dandruff formation on the scalp
• anti-inflammatory effect

2nd effect:

By freeing the scalp from dandruff, the way is now clear for the caffeine complex. The highly dosed caffeine already penetrates into the hair roots during hair washing. It is detectable after only 120 seconds of exposure time. The active ingredient forms a 24-hour depot in the hair root, protecting it from falling asleep prematurely.
